He was President of USTech from 1983 to 1990, Vice-President of Asia Pacific at Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro from 1995 to 2000, and Senior Vice-President of International Business at Advanced Biometrics Inc.

Mr. Richard Camejo
Vice President, UPS International Air Operations and Cargo Sales

Topic: “Growing Business in China - UPS operations in Alaska and China”
As vice president of International Air Operations and Cargo Sales, Richard Camejo has helped develop and launch many of UPS’s global growth strategies. Camejo oversees the Air Region’s international operations, cargo sales and business development group, as well as asset utilization, including the airline’s charter operations. Camejo headed up transition efforts when UPS acquired South American cargo carrier Challenge Air Cargo in 1999.
From 1999 to 2001, Camejo served as chairman of the board for the Conference Latino Americana De Companias Express (CLADEC).

In 2002 Mr. Wang began his current position at the Chinese Consulate General in San Francisco Since 1982 he has worked in a variety of capacities within the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation of the People’s Republic of China (MOFTEC) and the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (MOFCOM).

Chief Commercial Consul - American Consulate General in Hong Kong

Topic: “Hong Kong: Your Profitable Access to China”
Mr. Ballard has worked 19 years for the U.S. Department of Commerce. During his career, he has helped U.S. exporters in a variety of markets including India, Kuwait, European Union, and Asia-Pacific developing countries. He has served in his current position at the American Consulate General in Hong Kong since 2004.

Dr. Cao received his Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Iowa. Among his publications are articles on customer relationship management, pricing strategy, and database marketing. In 1990-1993 he worked at the Institute of Geography, Academy of Sciences, Beijing, where he published extensively on geo-political systems, transportation, geography, China’s regional development and other relevant topics.
